Insurance Grrrrrr

Dr. Kent's office called late Wednesday to let me know that the insurance has denied the MIR the the doctor needs. He can not do the operation with out seeing first were the tumor is, the size, exc... So were do I go from here???? I don't know LOL . I am waiting on a call from his office now.
